Toni Jenkinson
Director
In 2022, I left my 10-year career as an accountant to start a cleaning business and I’ve never looked back. Starting RCS with Phil has become a real passion project and I’m so proud of our dedicated team and what we’ve achieved. Having the business named a national awards programme like Cleaning Excellence Awards winner was a real moment of validation for a Norfolk girl like me! I remain involved in every aspect of the business, staying hands-on and connecting with customers to ensure we’re always meeting their needs. I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunities which is why I’m determined to pay it forward to support our local community.
Phil Reed
Director
With over 20 years in construction, I run this business alongside Reed Construction Services, delivering construction and offloading solutions across East Anglia. Our experience allows us to offer commercial cleaning clients efficient caretaking and maintenance contracts from a single, cost-effective provider. I’m always looking for ways to enhance our services, and Toni and I bring complementary skills that benefit our clients. Together, we’ve built a solid business with a dedicated, reliable team that we’re proud of.
Chantey Willet
Supervisor
I started working at RCS when I was 16 and I now manage one of the largest teams at our biggest contract. I know the job inside out and love working with our customers, particularly our schools where we know we’re making a real difference in keeping these kids safe and well. No day is the same in commercial cleaning and I’m looking forward to continuing to grow and learn as I take on new responsibilities in the business, supporting clients across all the sectors we serve.

We have donated more than 500 books, thousands of pounds of sports equipment and upgraded signage to enhance learning environments to schools in need.

We hire local people, offering above living wage salaries and career progression opportunities, with 24/7 mental health support.
- Encouraging active lifestyles and team spirit
We are proud to sponsor Steamers football under 18s in Norwich, providing funding for kits, equipment and facilities to help grassroots sports thrive promoting health, teamwork and community spirit.
